Two-Dimensional Gene Scanning (TDGS) is an application of Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis (DGGE) specifically designed for screening large numbers of individual DNA samples for mutations and polymorphisms in very large or multiple genes. Includes: Electrophoresis Tank with hinged glass safety cover, 2 dual cassettes, digital heater/stirrer/cycler, 4-place Multi-Gel Caster, GM-200 gradient maker, mini-pump, 4 sets NSGP-200-177B glass plates, 4ea 1 well x 0.25mm combs, 4 sets of 0.25mm spacers, 24 ea #2 white spring clamps, 8 each #1 white casting clamps, power leads, buffer tank drain valve and EPS-300 II power supply. Note: Multi-Gel Caster and Power Supply are not shown in picture above.
